Jungmin Ahn has been practicing Integrative medicine for over 15 years. He was recognized as the best Pain Management Specialist by the Seattle Times in 2023. He incorporates self-care techniques such as posture, stress, nutrition, and acupressure with the majority of his patients daily. Dr. Nikita Cheema is a chiropractor specializing in soft tissue injuries. She has treated more than 5,000 patients. She treats a myriad of painful conditions and provides corrective exercises that can be performed at home. Angela Aichinger is a certified personal trainer, group instructor, and nutrition coach. She demonstrates routines combine stretching with deep breathing techniques. Sonia Amador is a retired nurse with a background in hospice comforting patients and families through end of life. She now shares her commitment to mediation and mindfulness through this body scanning and awareness exercise. Lisa Nelson owned a massage school for 30 years. Her extensive knowledge and experience in teaching was foundational in structuring this course.
